Wage suppression and decades of funding cuts have thrown Ontario's healthcare system into crisis. Improving the conditions of work in health care has never been more important.
Hospital workers are currently at the bargaining table. On February 6th, three of Ontario's largest healthcare unions -- CUPE, SEIU, and Unifor -- are holding a solidarity rally in Toronto to show public support for their fight for good jobs, decent wages, and better public health care for all.
We are inviting all health workers to join the Decent Work and Health Network contingent.
When: February 6th, 11:30am - 1pm 2024
Where: South East corner of University St. and Queen St. West. Together we'll walk to the rally at the Sheraton Centre (123 Queen St. West)
